Returns

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your item.

Eligible items must be either unused and in their original packaging, or used and washed before returning.

Once your return label has been issued, the return must be lodged within 14 days.

If you change your mind after initiating a return, please contact our team to cancel your return label.

Returns submitted after the 90-day period will not be accepted.
Exchanges

Instant exchanges are available through our returns portal.

Exchanges are only valid for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Used or washed items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

A payment card is required to secure an instant exchange.

If the original item is not returned within 14 days of receiving the return label, the exchange item will be charged to your card.
Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you opt for store credit, a gift card will be automatically emailed once your return is marked as delivered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, do not submit a return via the portal. Instead:
