Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

We have a 90 night risk free trial, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return!
Please click on this link and follow the instructions to lodge your return: https://returns.theladcollective.com

 

    • Returns must be lodged within 14 days after the return label has been provided. Please contact us if you change your mind and no longer wish to return your item/s.
    • Once your return has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.
    • All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
    • If you have opted for a store credit, a gift card will be emailed automatically once the return has been marked as delivered.
    • Instant exchanges are available via our return portal but a card number must be provided for an instant exchange to be finalised.
    • The return must be lodged within 14 days or the exchange product will be charged to the payment method provided.
    • If your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us with an image of the affected item. Please do not submit a return.
