Many of our products include thoughtful features that can assist people living with reduced mobility, limited dexterity, chronic pain, disability, injury or age-related challenges.
From our fitted sheet corner straps that make bed-making easier, to our magnetic quilt covers that reduce the physical effort required to change bedding, our goal is simple: create bedding that removes frustration and promotes independence.

Item 1. IMPORTANT NDIS Funding Information
As of 2026, the NDIS has introduced significant changes to what products may be funded under participant plans.
Unfortunately these changes mean that now, bedding products are not considered a support item under current NDIS guidelines.
While some participants may still be able to access funding depending on their individual circumstances, plan goals and support requirements, funding approval is entirely at the discretion of the NDIS.
The Lad Collective cannot guarantee that any product will be approved, funded or reimbursed by the NDIS.
We strongly recommend speaking with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, Support Provider or NDIS Representative before placing an order if funding approval is required.
Item 2. Order Process & Payment
To request a quote, please complete the form and ensure all fields are filled out accurately. Once submitted, our team will prepare and email a formal Quote and Invoice for review.
Please note:
Orders are not confirmed or reserved until payment has been received.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed until remittance advice has been received and payment has been cleared.
Colours, sizes and limited-edition collections may sell out prior to payment being received.
Stock is not allocated to an order while it remains unpaid or in draft status.
Orders will only be marked as paid once remittance advice has been received and verified.

Item 3. Important Payment Information
To avoid delays, it is the responsibility of the participant, nominee, support coordinator or plan manager to ensure payment is completed and remittance advice is emailed.
The Lad Collective requires remittance advice for all NDIS orders so payments can be accurately matched against incoming bank transfers and account statements.
Please note that The Lad Collective does not:
Follow up outstanding NDIS invoices
Process self-managed NDIS claims
Submit reimbursement requests directly to the NDIS
Liaise with the NDIS regarding funding approvals or payment status
If payment and remittance advice have not been received, the order will remain in draft status and no stock will be reserved. This may result in selected items, sizes or colours becoming unavailable before payment is finalised.
Item 4. Self-Managed Participants
Unfortunately, The Lad Collective does not process self-managed NDIS claims.
Self-managed participants wishing to purchase our products should place an order directly through our website and seek reimbursement independently if applicable.
Item 5. Recommended Option
To avoid missing out on colours, sizes or limited-edition collections, we strongly recommend purchasing directly through our website and seeking reimbursement afterwards if your support team has advised this is appropriate.
This ensures your order is secured immediately and dispatched without delay.
