Loyalty Program FAQs
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on full-price products. Points are calculated on your order subtotal (excluding shipping and tax) once your order is fulfilled.
You can also earn bonus points by:

- Liking our Facebook page – 10 points
- Uploading a photo review via Okendo – 30 points

Yes, your points are valid for 2 years from the date they were earned.

At checkout, you can select a discount amount based on the points you have available. Points can be redeemed in the following increments:

Yes! Anyone who creates an account is eligible to earn or redeem points. Guest checkouts won’t earn points. Make sure you’re logged in when placing your order.

Your tier is dependent on the points you earn, points earned reset on a 24-month cycle based on when you earned them.
