Delivery:

Free world wide shipping.

We offer same or next-day dispatch on all in-stock items. (not including weekends)

*Excludes preorders. Please refer to the ships from date for the item/s for estimated dispatch.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Metro areas: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: Delivered within 5–7 business days
  • International orders: Delivered within 8-10 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide including to the UK and New Zealand. For international orders, we use Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms.

What that means for you:

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance fees are not included in your order total.
  • These charges are set by your local government and are payable upon delivery.
  • We cannot estimate or cover these costs.

Will I Have to Pay Anything Extra?

Yes - if your country applies import fees (usually for orders over a certain value), the courier will contact you to arrange payment before your parcel is delivered.

UK Customers: Orders valued over £135 are subject to 20% VAT and potentially customs duties based on item category.

New Zealand Customers: Orders over NZD $1,000 may incur 15% GST and additional import entry or MPI fees.

UK: 6–10 business days

NZ: 4–7 business days
