Can my TLC sheets go in the dryer?

As with most textiles, we recommend hanging them out in direct sunlight. However, we understand that this sometimes is not possible so if needed, you can put your TLC sheets in the dryer but we recommend a low heat or delicate setting. Please ensure that they are dried by themselves.
I don't use a top sheet - Do you sell fitted sheets individually?

What other benefits do TLC sheets provide me?

Temperature Regulating (breathable, hypo-allergenic, promotes moisture absorption) - meaning our blend will assist in maintaining a happy medium, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in winter. If TLC is devoted to this sheet set, will not play on your allergies! Perfect to get you through those long sweaty nights after a big weekend (grog horrors) and will improve your chances of securing a round two with the partner of your dreams!


Soft & Durable - tipping the theory of thread count on its head. Our blend is far less costly and is made of naturally long bamboo fibres which will ensure your sheets will last longer, less likely to tear and will feel softer and more superior than any other high-end sheet set you've been lucky to pinch from your parent's linen cupboard!

Sustainable - our bamboo/cotton blend does not require excessive water or harmful chemicals to grow or produce it! Meaning by purchasing our sheets, you are reducing your environmental footprint.

Your Hair Will Love You More - create less friction between your hair as it rubs against the pillow. This will promote healthy and strong hair (say goodbye to bed hair!)

Keeps Your Dry & Cool -  The bamboo also possesses the ability to wick unwanted moisture away, helping you stay dry and cool while enabling any unwanted moisture in your sheets created by sweat and body fluids to evaporate, and ultimately ridding your sheets of unpleasant odours.
Do our sheets crinkle?

Our unique bamboo/cotton blend shows far less creases when made. We recommend avoiding the use of a dryer post-wash which will help reduce crinkles. However, if you do need to use the dryer for your TLC sheets, please remove sheets from the dryer as soon as the cycle is done to avoid crinkles. Another great tip is to shake out the sheets before placing them in the dryer! Be sure to remove sheets from the washing machine as soon as possible and hang out on the line. Sleeping on the set will also assist greatly with removing visible creases.
Can I find TLC Sheets in any physical stores?

We are purely a direct to consumer company. That means, we cut out the middleman and the retail store. This, in turn, allows us to pass the savings on to you - the customer! 
What is the difference between a regular bedding set and the TLC Bedding Set?

Excellent question. 

From colour pallet to our no-B.S. functional design, these sheets were designed by Aussies for Aussies.

The current state of the market shows a lack of shopping platforms for men who need quality bed sheets, but do not know where and how to purchase them. We intend to streamline this process and make it exceptionally easy for men to know what they want and need, when they see it.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENCES IN A NUTSHELL: 

- Corner tags in each corner of the fitted sheet labelled Top Left (TL), Top Right (TR), Bottom Left (BL) & Bottom Right (BR) providing product users with a reference point to effectively carry out the process of making the bed.

- TLC Logo with center line marked for ease of locating the center of the sheet and the right end and in the right position

- Corner strap positioned in each corner of fitted sheet to assist in pulling the corners under the mattress with ease and precision

It's a common misconception that higher thread count automatically means higher quality. In reality, the comfort and durability of sheets depend more on the material and weaving technique than just the thread count.

We all make mistakes, we’re only human! We can fix any mistake from our end as long as your order has not been dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for all Australian and New Zealand orders is free.
How long does shipping take?

We usually dispatch our orders within 1-2 business days. For limited edition collections and peak sales period (Black Friday & Cyber Monday), dispatch can take a bit longer than usual.

Once dispatched, for domestic orders you should have your order within 8 business days. For international orders, please allow between 8-10 business days to receive your order.

All orders are dispatched from either our warehouse in Sydney or our office HQ in Sunshine Coast.
My tracking number isn’t working? What should I do?

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update. If it has surpassed this timeframe, please contact our customer service team on 0427 031 620 or email us at hello@theladcollective.com.
My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my parcel yet?

It is rare but sometimes, Auspost and Aramex can mark the package as delivered before physically delivering the parcel. We also recommend checking with anyone else in your household to see if they have accepted the delivery and bought it inside. Please also check with neighbours to ensure they haven’t accidentally received your parcel

Which company do you use for deliveries?

We use Aramex and Australia Post.

If your shipping address is to a PO Box, we will use Australia Post.
How do I return an item?

Processing time for returns

Once your return has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and finalised.
When can I expect my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.

All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
I have lost my return slip how can I get a new one?

Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@theladcollective.com and they will be able to resend your return label or provide you with a new one.

What if I have washed my sheets, can it still be returned?

If it is within our 90 night risk free trial period, you sure can!

If our product has been compromised due to a manufacturing flaw and you’ve washed the sheets, please contact our customer service team at hello@theladcollective.com and they will be happy to assist you.

100% it is. Fair dinkum.
Is TLC Australian owned and where are you located?

It sure is! Ed and Bill, our co-founders are two brothers from Atherton and started TLC in September 2020.

Our Office HQ is located in the Sunshine Coast and our warehouse is located in Sydney.
Where do you manufacture your products?

Our cosmetic products are made in Brisbane, Australia, and our bedding range is designed and distributed here in Brisbane, and manufactured by our very talented team in China.

Despite trying for a significant period of time to find suitable Aussie manufacturers, we discovered that, for the most part, our local manufacturing industry doesn’t currently have the same level of investment in technology and innovation as overseas facilities, and would not necessarily be able to scale with our demand at times. 

As a truly Aussie brand, we aim to support local jobs wherever we can, and we’re proud of the fact that our range will forever be designed in Australia.

The best I've ever had.

So I'm a menopausal, arthritic, older woman. Im getting weaker and sorer with time and age. Putting sheets on any bed is exhausting and painful for my hands, shoulders and back these days and a form of torture if you ask me. My husband and I sleep in a king sized bed so a simple changing of the bed sheets these days is a gruelling task. We have to do it together and he hates it too.
The Lad Collective sheets have changed all that. I don't struggle at all putting these on. It's changed everything and I couldnt be happier. Their width is lovely and deep, so a thick mattress topper, which at our age is essential, is not a problem. The fitted ends just slip right over the corners of the mattress without any strain or pain on my part. The fabric is silky and thick and I feel like I'm sleeping on some fancy sheets from a 5 star hotel. My husband thinks their their the ducks gutts and has even said to get the pillowcases and the doona covers next time. Who would have thought that getting so excited over bed linen was possible? I'll be back for more Lad Collective! Job well done!
