Some products sell out quickly and may not be restocked during the sale, so we recommend ordering early.

You can pay with any method shown at checkout, including credit and debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Shipping is free on all Australian and New Zealand orders.

We normally dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During Black Friday, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for dispatch because of order volumes.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. We ship with Aramex and Australia Post, and orders going to a PO Box are sent with Australia Post.

Courier delays outside our reasonable control can also occur during this busy period.

We email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for a new tracking number to begin updating.

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, please check with others in your household and around your property first, then contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate with the courier.

Please allow 10 to 15 minutes and check your junk or spam folder. If you used express checkout, check whether the order was placed under a different email address.

If you still cannot find it, please contact our Customer Care team.

Address change requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.

For product, colour or size changes, or to cancel, please call 0489 072 332 or email hello@theladcollective.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been packed for dispatch.

Yes. Our standard Returns and Exchanges Policy applies, including our 90 night risk free trial, unless an item is clearly marked final sale.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, so we cannot guarantee your preferred product, colour or size will still be available. Any refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid, not the original price.

Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and up to a further 5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
