If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
To organise a return, simply submit your request through our Returns Portal.
Once your return has been received and processed, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Our sheets are designed so anyone can master the art of a perfectly made bed. We've sourced the world's softest and most comfortable textiles, weaving them into an intelligent bedding set that incorporates unique technology to simplify your bed-making routine.

When does the Black Friday sale start and finish?
Our Black Friday sale runs from Thursday 5 November until Tuesday 1 December 2026, while stocks last.
What is the offer and what's included?
Enjoy up to 50% off eligible products site-wide. The price shown on each eligible product page already reflects its discount.
Any exclusions are clearly marked on the website or the product page. Gift cards are excluded and are not discounted.
Do I need a discount code, and can I use another offer?
No code is needed. Sale prices are marked on the website and eligible discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Black Friday pricing cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, loyalty reward or offer unless we expressly state otherwise.
Can sale prices change during the sale?
Yes. Prices and discount levels may change during the sale period, and changes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Will items in my cart be held, and what if something sells out?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is only secured once payment is complete and you have received your order confirmation.
Some products sell out quickly and may not be restocked during the sale, so we recommend ordering early.
Can I earn or redeem rewards points during the sale?
You will still earn rewards points on everything you buy during the sale.
Points and rewards cannot be redeemed on purchases made during the Black Friday sale period.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with any method shown at checkout, including credit and debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I buy or use a gift card during the sale?
Gift cards are excluded from the promotion and cannot be bought at a discount.
You can still use an existing TLC gift card to pay for your order during the sale.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all Australian and New Zealand orders.
How long will dispatch and delivery take?
We normally dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During Black Friday, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for dispatch because of order volumes.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. We ship with Aramex and Australia Post, and orders going to a PO Box are sent with Australia Post.
Courier delays outside our reasonable control can also occur during this busy period.
Where is my order, and what if tracking is not working?
We email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for a new tracking number to begin updating.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, please check with others in your household and around your property first, then contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate with the courier.
I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please allow 10 to 15 minutes and check your junk or spam folder. If you used express checkout, check whether the order was placed under a different email address.
If you still cannot find it, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Address change requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
For product, colour or size changes, or to cancel, please call 0489 072 332 or email hello@theladcollective.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been packed for dispatch.
Can I return or exchange something I bought in the sale?
Yes. Our standard Returns and Exchanges Policy applies, including our 90 night risk free trial, unless an item is clearly marked final sale.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, so we cannot guarantee your preferred product, colour or size will still be available. Any refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid, not the original price.
Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and up to a further 5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

After lots of researching we went with this Winter quilt. We live in South West of Australia so the Winters are freezing, but this quilt is perfect. You warm up quickly and stay cosy all night. I love that hotel "crunch" noise too. It does make it harder to get out of bed in the morning though!
The magnets are genius - has halved the time spent making the bed. I got the Super King and it's the easiest bed to make now. No more morning arm workouts shaking it all into the right spot. 🙂
